I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, substance abuse, parenting problems, career challenges, Bi-polar disorder, and life skills.
My counseling style is mixture of respect, honesty, and compassion. My job is not to judge, but to help. That means I bring knowledge, skills, and tools from various approaches to help you with your concerns. It does not matter what the situation, problem, or circumstance is, there is room for optimism if you seek to improve it.
