Hi, I’m Tom, and I’m here to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and growth. I understand how daunting it can be to reach out for help, especially when life feels overwhelming. My approach to therapy is about creating a safe, welcoming space where you can feel heard and understood—without judgment.
I work with individuals facing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. I have a particular passion for supporting men’s mental health and recognizing the unique pressures and societal expectations that men often face. My goal is to help you navigate these challenges, offering both empathy and active engagement in your therapeutic journey.
My Approach
While I am trained as an integrative therapist and draw from various therapeutic modalities, including person-centred, cognitive-behavioural, and psychodynamic therapies, my practice is highly solution-focused. I incorporate Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and take a more directive approach in our sessions. This means I work actively with you to identify your goals and the concrete steps we can take to achieve them. My goal is to help you find practical solutions that empower you to move forward and create positive change in your life.

Tom has been an amazing help and honestly couldn’t go a week without him. He is always on time and offers strategies and homework in order to discover deeper. It was my first time coming to therapy but Tom has been and continues to be completely understanding and very helpful. Would highly recommend and will continue to stick with him.
