I am licensed in Ohio with 4 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, trauma and abuse, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
I have worked with many woman trying to find their sobriety as well as processing their trauma. I've worked with individuals wanting to maintain long-term sobriety as well as having stable mental health. I have experience with clients of all ages ranging from age 5-65. I also have experience supervising other therapists.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and cats. I enjoy reading, watching tv, and yoga.
