Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 7 years of experience working as a therapist in the state of New Mexico. I have worked with clients ages 3 years old to 80 years old who have a range of concerns to include depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief and loss, trauma, parenting problems, and attachment, adoption and foster care issues.
My counseling style is compassionate, interactive and goal-oriented. I consider the client-therapist relationship to be important. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach is eclectic using client centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, solution-focused, and trauma-focused modalities.
