About me

I know you feel it- these past months have been hard-- so much disrupted, so much has changed. It's been hard to navigate and it feels never ending. We all need a break, a chance to breathe and re-group so we can figure out what's next.

I am a clinical social worker. I started my career in the midst of the AIDS crisis and have focused on issues of illness, loss, grief and resilience. I am certified in hospice and palliative care social work. I work with folks whose lives change in an instant and marvel at the amazing grace and resilience they demonstrate as they deal with their hardest days. My role is to listen and work to find a way forward.

I use a conversational and non judgmental approach and primarily use solution focused and brief therapy models.

Together we will look for meaning and sort through the drama to rediscover our value and worth
