She was the Director, Assistant Director and Internship Coordinator in the Career Development Center at a university for nine years. In her various roles in the career center, Traci assisted students and alumni with the job search process, including obtaining internships and full time employment. Her prior positions include administering neuropsychological assessments and providing in-home psychotherapy to families. Traci has served as a licensure supervisor in MO and has helped numerous counselors with their client loads.
Traci was elected and served as the 2012-2013 President for the Missouri Career Development Association and she was also selected as a Leadership Academy Member by the National Career Development Association.
