Hello! Welcome to the BetterHelp Community! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 4 years of experience working as a therapist. I graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Master in Social Work. I am passionate about supporting people in accomplishing their goals and finding solutions to the challenges they may be facing. Throughout my experience, I have worked with adult individuals, couples, and families that are experiencing a variety of different problems. I have worked with those struggling with various addictions, mental health diagnoses, physical health conditions, trauma, and varying life problems.
I view the therapeutic relationship as the most important aspect of counseling. We will work together as a team and you are the expert of your own unique, life experiences. Former clients have mentioned to me in the past that when working with me, they feel understood and don't feel judged. I treat each individual with respect, compassion, and acceptance. I take an empathetic and patient approach when working with my clients. Everyone's problems are different and my counseling style will be tailored to fit your individual needs to progress through your identified treatment goals. I will spend time asking you questions to get to know you better and to improve my understanding of your own personal experiences. This information is important in building the therapeutic relationship and to discuss your goals for counseling. I may assign "homework" in-between our sessions to reinforce skills or topics of our conversations. These homework assignments may include techniques to practice, completing worksheets, or thinking and writing exercises.
I commend you for taking the vulnerable step toward seeking help. Change can be very scary and overwhelming however, can open the door to endless opportunities to empower and improve your life. I would love to help and support you on your journey to overcome these challenges.
I look forward to working with you!

Traci is hands down the best counselor I’ve had. She is patient, empathetic, genuine and down to earth. I’m a social worker myself and am very particular about dynamics in my therapeutic relationships and I’d recommend Traci to anyone. I got control over crippling anxiety, was able to process multiple forms of trauma and truly felt supported throughout the process. I’m grateful to have had the chance to work with her.
Traci has been so understanding and flexible. She challenges me in the ways that are necessary for growth.
Traci is an amazing therapist. Very empathetic and great listener.
Now that I’ve been seeing Traci for awhile, I wanted to add an updated review. She always goes above and beyond. My favorite thing is that she habitually sends a voice recorded recap of our video session the day after. It helps me keep track of what we’ve gone through and it’s a good refresher, if I want to go back and re-listen. Another huge thing is that I feel safe with her. I feel like I can tell her anything and I’m not being judged or shamed. The thing I love most about working with Traci is that she isn’t afraid to dig / press buttons to get to the core issue of things. She is very engaging and if there is a pause in the conversation, she takes the reins. It’s a nice change of pace. I recommend BetterHelp to all of my friends because of her.
Ms. Traci is present, thorough, and creative. Although I have just recently begun the process of therapy, I am confident that Ms. Traci is the perfect match for me as support for my progress. My life is better with her in it.
I've only had two sessions so far with Traci, but so far she has been understanding, insightful, and encouraging. As someone who previously thought I had no need for therapy, I've gained valuable insight into how important self-care is. I look forward to continuing to work with her and would certainly recommend her to others seeking to improve the their relationships and overall quality of life.
Traci has been very helpful to me for the past couple of weeks of working on my productivity in my home life and work life. She has helped me so much in sorting out what has needed to be addressed in my relationships with others, and with myself. I am so happy to have been talking with her and have appreciated her help so much.
Traci is the third counselor I came across on this website. After the first two I really didn’t trust the process of online counseling and I thought it was a sham. Months later I found myself in a really low point in my life and I decided to give it one last go. I met Traci by amazing chance. She has been amazing. It’s the first time I feel like I’m actually cared about. She hears what I have to say. She responds in a timely manner. She has great advice. She seems to know what you need that day. Ultimately, she has restored my confidence and trust in counseling. 10/10
Working with Traci has made my first therapy experience so much better than I anticipated! After our first live session, I was immediately more comfortable with expressing my feelings and sharing aspects of my life so that she could understand why I was feeling that way. She truly listens and cares. She always provides helpful feedback, as well as useful resources. I would 10/10 recommend Traci to a friend or family member.
Traci is understanding, open minded, and responsive. She is kind and sweet! I couldn’t ask for a better therapist!!
Traci is wonderful, I feel comfortable talking to her and opening up she is quick to validate my feelings and it feels nice to talk to her & I’m happy she is my therapist.
