About Me

My focus is to help you overcome the difficulties that you are being faced with in your life. Teaching you the skills to change, cope, and/or how to redirect your life into a happier easier one that you so deserve. All while doing so in a fun and acceptable language that you can comprehend and understand.

I utilize many types of therapy theories such as CBT, Play therapy, Person Centered, and Reality Therapy. I work to adjust thoughts and behaviors which will then adjust emotions providing a happy and successful life, even while being faced with the difficult things that family, relationships or individuals may be dealing with currently.
Many things come our way that we feel are unjust or possibly too hard to face, counseling may be the answer to what you are looking for. Together, we can work to find happiness and peace for your life and to overcome anything you are facing right now that seems too difficult to face alone.

Just when it seems you have hit rock bottom it can be turned around by looking at life in many different angles so you can heal and move forward!

I have had a pleasant experience with Tracie so far and believe that she's a down to earth person who can challenge you to think about your thoughts, experiences, etc and pull the positive out of things.

I am so happy with Tracie. We are of like minds when it comes to Disney and she is the only therapist who completely understands why I love Disney so much and understands my dreams where it concerns pursuing a career with them. She completely gets me and the only one I can feel comfortable talking to. It's like talking to my diary or journal but with the benefit of feedback and encouragement.

Tracie is amazing, I have never tried counseling before, so I was very skeptical at first, but now I so look forward to our conversations!

Tracie helped me tackle problems large and small, put them into perspective, and deal with them in a positive manner. She is very easy to talk to.

I like Tracie's upbeat and positive communication style. She makes me feel like I can be successful at what I'm trying to achieve while helping me focus on the practical details.
