My focus is to help you overcome the difficulties that you are being faced with in your life. Teaching you the skills to change, cope, and/or how to redirect your life into a happier easier one that you so deserve. All while doing so in a fun and acceptable language that you can comprehend and understand.
I utilize many types of therapy theories such as CBT, Play therapy, Person Centered, and Reality Therapy. I work to adjust thoughts and behaviors which will then adjust emotions providing a happy and successful life, even while being faced with the difficult things that family, relationships or individuals may be dealing with currently.
Many things come our way that we feel are unjust or possibly too hard to face, counseling may be the answer to what you are looking for. Together, we can work to find happiness and peace for your life and to overcome anything you are facing right now that seems too difficult to face alone.
Just when it seems you have hit rock bottom it can be turned around by looking at life in many different angles so you can heal and move forward!
