I’m Tracie and I’ve been providing counseling services in Northeast Ohio for over 15 years.
People come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, unhappy, or completely discontent with the way life is going. They want to feel better but aren’t sure what to do differently…
Maybe it’s a poor relationship with a partner, parent, or child. Maybe it’s work-related conflict, stress, or burnout. Maybe it’s from a childhood of abuse, neglect, or constant family drama. Whatever the reason, know that you just took the first step towards feeling better!
My belief in the power of a supportive, therapeutic relationship comes from personal and professional experience. I understand the tremendous amount of courage it took to recognize that you need help getting to where you want to be emotionally, socially, and/or relationally.
I also know investing this time in yourself is life-changing!
I use an eclectic mix of person-centered therapy, CBT, solution-focused, and trauma-relational approaches to help you feel happier as quickly as possible. No judging, no shaming, no blaming…just understanding, support, guidance and some well-timed humor. BTW, there’s a pretty good chance we’ll laugh, cry, cuss, and celebrate your success when we work together.

I didn't believe in therapy until I met Tracie! My past experiences have not gone great but with her she listens and even digs on things I haven't looked at before. I'm sure I'll stick with her for awhile because even outside of the reason why I started therapy, it feels like she can help with a lot of different things in my life. Can't be happier with my experience
Tracie has been extremely helpful. She has guided me through my thoughts and feelings and is helping me accomplish my goals with strategies I can use on my own.

Tracie is an excellent therapist! Not only is she friendly and understanding, but she also makes you feel really comfortable with addressing your challenges, helps you work through them, and think about them outside of the session.
I was able to connect with her and even have some laughs! I would definitely recommend Tracie for anyone who needs to work through some big moments or struggles, or even just to talk to about small things.
Tracie is the best. In addition to her wonderful sessions, she gives me small things to work on each week. These exercices have helped me immensely. She is attentive and knowledgeable.
Tracie is wonderful. She's easy to talk to and let my guard down with. She is encouraging and supportive, with a bit of the "tough love" approach that I need. A couple of times, Tracie has made observations about things that are troubling me to help me see what is the true root of the problem. There has definitely been laughing, crying, and swearing during our sessions, as promised. I am very grateful I found her and feel like she's helped me a great deal already.
