Dr. Tracie L. Hoffman is an LCSW who earned her master’s degree (MSW) from Brigham Young University and her PhD in Clinical Social Work from The University of Southern California.Tracie has extensive practice history in outpatient, inpatient, in-home, and residential behavioral health settings as well as telehealth mental health services. She also has taught across the spectrum of social work education in academic and clinical field positions; In these capacities. Tracie has taught at The University of Utah; The University of Southern California; The University of California Los Angeles; California State University, Northridge; and Argosy University. Dr. Hoffman delights in working with children, teens, and adults. She is skilled at individual, couples, family and group therapies. She is trained in Psychodynamic Therapy, Relationship Counseling, Positive Psychology, CBT, DBT, Psychodramatic Interventions, Sand Tray and Play Therapies, as well as in Trauma Treatment. Tracie is experienced in treating anxiety disorders PTSD/; mood disorders/ depression; OCD/perfectionism; and life adjustment issues. Tracie is passionate about self-compassion and self-love. She believes in helping people to achieve increased levels of joy in their life pursuits, in their relationships, as well as in their minds and hearts. In her personal life, Tracie is well known for her love of dogs. She has a Golden Labrador Retriever named “Gus” and a Black Plott Hound named “Marley”. Tracie also loves being in her old farm house reading, cooking, and being with family.
