About Me

Hey there! I'm Tracie Pinnock, a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT). I am passionate about helping women through difficult life transitions such as breakups. I also help them address things such as anxiety, depression and self-esteem issues. The reality is that life brings its low moments, many of which are out of our control, therefore, we must learn to cope with them. I help women do this. I help them integrate self-care and practical tools into their lives in order to manage stress and reduce overwhelm, factors that can significantly contribute to anxiety and depression. I do some of my best work in helping women heal from the heartbreak after breakups. If you are struggling with any of these things I hope that you reach out to me so that I may support you in your healing journey.

When I thought I was thinking, she gave me the words to open up a new chakra gate of new ways of thinking and how to deal with my anger. Thank you Tracie!

I've been through several therapists throughout my life and am always anxious to get through the introductions and backstory so we can get to the meat of the current issues. Tracie was on board with that and has helped me pinpoint the exact issue and begin to plan out a strategy for addressing it.
