About Me
I have been working as a psychotherapist for over twenty-five years. I love working with people, helping them to find the path they want to take and supporting them in meeting their goals.
I work with a wide variety of clients including those with serious mental illness such as schizophrenia, Major Depression, Bipolar and Personality Disorders. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have been Certified as a (CADC) Certified Addictions Counselor in Pennsylvania. As such I see many clients who struggle with mental health issues, addiction, or a combination of the two. I also work with clients struggling with stress, family issues, communication issues, grief, spousal problems, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and young adults' who live at home and are struggle to become independent I also have experience with autism spectrum disorders. Finally, I see many clients who are older and need support transitioning into retirement.
I use a wide variety of therapeutic styles. Before I settle on a precise therapy I get to know my clients and establish a relationship based on trust. It is important for me to understand my clients’ needs so I can understand what therapies will best work for them. In addition, I help my clients find tools, diversions, activities, and services I may not be able to provide, such as case management.
As a therapist my goal is to help my clients navigate the issues they are facing. I want them to know that they are in charge, but not alone. The thoughts and feelings of my clients are extremely important to me and I believe each client knows him or her self best even if they do not feel that way at first. I aim to act as someone who can listen and offer advice, insights, and a different perspective but I ultimately respect a client’s autonomy in making their own decisions. Part of my role is to provide support as a client works through their issues, and sometimes even just beginning to receive support can provide a huge relief.

The entirety of my experience with Tracy has been exceedingly positive
So happy I got matched with Tracy! She genuinely cares about my progress and empowers me to want to make positive changes. She is very flexible and accommodating with scheduling. I really appreciate how insightful and patient she is with me and I feel very comfortable being honest with her. She’s the best!
Tracy has done wonderful work with me so far. I have expressed my concerns and my goals and she gives me the confidence that the goals are obtainable. So far I have seen progress in my thinking and looking forward to continuing that work.
As a healthcare professional, I see that Tracy is well seasoned and can easily identify past traumas that need to be addressed and resolved. I appreciate her forwardness and her means of communicating my problem areas. Because of this, I highly recommend. So glad I was matched with her.
Tracy is a wonderful therapist. She really listens to you gives you proactive things to do in order to make whatever you’re having trouble with a lot better.
She is far better than any psychologist I have had before
Tracy is a very knowledgeable and thoughtful counselor, who strives to help me best deal with my personal issues. I highly recommend her!
I am shy about recommending this type of service, but if I did, I would recommend her. A lot has to do with her availability, too. her follow up.
Tracy has been exceptional in the first few weeks of working with her. I look forward to the future with her as my therapist. I think I was matched with the perfect therapist for me and my current life circumstances.
Tracy is the best! She hears any concerns and problems you have and genuinely cares. She takes things one step at a time and tries to tend to your needs. For example, I got a lot of worksheets (which I love doing) and that helped me write down my frustrations and how to deal with them. She is rooting for you to be the best you you can be and will take the steps to help you get there. She is patient, supportive, and helps me grow into the person I am trying to become. She supports me when I need strength and guidance and she supports me when I don't feel myself. Tracy is wonderful!
Tracy is dedicated, insightful, compassionate and knowledgeable.
Tracy is very attentive. Even when I'm not able to answer she reaches out to make sure I'm okay. She really cares about helping me identify my primary concerns and sends me helpful resources to target specific behaviours. Would definitely recommend.
I have found Tracy's approach in identifying and expanding on key areas I wanted to explore to be absolutely exceptional. She is fast to respond thoughtfully to my messages and skillfully helps navigate and highlight paths and possible reasons in person through video sessions. She has an excellent manner and I felt very comfortable working with her from our earliest session.
Tracy is AMAZING! I have been talking to her for about two years now and I have made so much progress. She helps me accomplish my goals in a very reasonable way. Tracy is very knowledgable and also uses worksheets to help me self reflect. I would 100% recommend her to anyone struggling mentally. She made me realize that mental illness is something that can be helped with someone to talk to. I honestly do not think I would have made it this far in life without her.
Tracy is wonderful! She always provides thoughtful replies and is empathetic and caring. I’m super appreciative of the fact that she works with my schedule!
I've been working with Tracy for a short period of time, but already I feel very comfortable with her counsel. She is exceptionally professional and skilled and she offers great input, advice, and makes me feel heard. I am very excited to continue working with her and feel that she is the help I have needed for a long time.

Tracy is very understanding with helping you with any types of issues you may have, no matter if trivial or crucial. She puts in a lot of effort and support with helping you build your own journey towards completing your goals.
She responds to concerns in a timely manner and communicates what steps are next. Her questions and responses help to gain perspective on concerns, though sometimes it's just nice to talk! She's very professional and a very kind person who can ask those difficult questions to help you work toward being better. Thanks!

Tracy is one of the best counselors I’ve seen by far. She makes time for any chat I need or want. Tracy has helped me come along way since I have started using BetterHelp. She goes above and beyond to help her clients. I would highly recommend her and or this site to any of my colleagues.
Tracy is a fantastic counselor. She is extremely knowledgeable and always figures out new directions to come at life's issues. I never feel judged or over-diagnosed as I have with some other counselors. She has a calming presence and a great attitude.
Love her.
So, so happy I met Tracy! I was in awe at how attentive she was, and how much she cares. She sends me worksheets, not to just keep me busy, but she reads every word. They help tremendously. She asks me questions, and when she provides feedback she uses specific examples about my life because she really dives into your problems and truly pays attention. I’m so happy that I can finally be on the right track and I’m very glad that I was matched up with Tracy! So far, she’s been more than excellent! She’s given me some hope.
