Tracy is awesome! She’s taught me so much about my trauma and how it has affected my perspective of myself and those around me. She is wonderful!!!

This is the first time for me to use therapy and Tracy Ehrhardt has made the experience very comfortable. She’s made herself very available and offered resources to help me in between our sessions. She’s honest and open with me which I truly appreciate.

Tracy is the best! I was hesitant as a person of color having a therapist that did not share that same lived experience as me but she is very understanding and helpful. I love how comfortable I feel when I talk to her and she always makes me feel validated.

Tracy is very easy to talk to. She is calming and non judgmental. She is a wonderful listener because for me, sometimes I just need to get things off my chest and out there. She is quick to respond and follows up often to make sure I am doing well which is much appreciated.

Tracy has left me with a very good impression. She uses supportive language to make me feel that she is on my side and points out both things that sound good and bad to her. She does not always have the frame of reference for what I talk about but tries to understand my perspective on it and accepts that it is important to me.
