Tracy Walker

(M.Ed., LPC)

About Me

Hi! My name is Tracy. I am a lover of animals, nature, hiking, traveling in my RV, and adventure. I was born and raised in Oklahoma. I have been working in the mental health field for almost 10 years. Though challenging at times, my work has been so rewarding! I have had the privilege to help many people affected by depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, addiction, and relationship challenges.

Working together, we can explore ways to help you deal with your challenges in life. I am here to help you cope with the difficulties you may be experiencing. My approach to therapy is client centered; non-judgmental and empathetic. You are the expert on your life, and you determine the direction and depth of therapy. Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I can assist you in exploring relationships among your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. This can aid in discovering dysfunctional thought patterns you may be experiencing that could or can be leading to self-destructive behaviors and beliefs.

Whether you are seeking change for a healthier happier life, or just need a nonjudgmental ear to listen, I am here to support and empower you. I look forward to working with you!

I am so thankful I got this app when I did and was able to find Tracy. She responds to me in a timely manner, gives me helpful homework assignments, and is very easy to talk to. 10/10 recommend her to anyone.

I have been in and out of therapy for years. I had yet to find a counselor that I could connect with and feel seen and heard.

Enter Tracy. She is literally everything I have been looking for in a therapist. Over the last couple of weeks working with Tracy, I can already tell a marked difference in my anxiety. I feel more in control, with controlling fewer things, if that makes sense.

I cannot thank her enough. Tracy is the bees knees, and I am so thankful for her in my life!!!!!

Tracy is supportive, friendly and insightful. She is a great listener and has done a great job helping me identify my core beliefs. I would recommend her to anyone requiring CBT or trauma therapy
