Written by B.R. on Jun 10, 2021 after counseling with Tracy for 2 weeks on issues concerning depression, stress, anxiety, relationship issues, sleeping disorders, self esteem, bipolar disorder, coping with life changes, coaching, and adhd

Tracy has been very friendly and helpful. I’ve had some issues with getting what I’d like out of counseling and therefore quitting it. But Tracy has provided helpful resources and conversations that have kept me engaged and motivated. She offers a large variety of tools for different situations and I’m very grateful for her help.
