Tracy has been really helpful in pointing out my destructive thought patterns in a way which is considerate and thoughtful but also direct. She’s helped me tremendously and I definitely recommend her!
Tracy is very helpful. Offers some wonderful articles.
I really felt heard. The homework us relevant. I look forward to working with Tracy moving forward.
Tracy is compassionate and an extremely good listener. I believe she knows the path I need to be walking on and feel she knows how to guide me to it whilst making it clear I have to be the one to walk it. I'm actually enjoying this journey, which I was dreading starting, and am hopeful that with her insights into me I will become a much stronger person not resistant to change but living with a confident fluidity. Learning to admit it's okay to like myself is tough and even though I tend to take backward steps, regularly I fear, she is always patient.
Tracy is kind, patient and intuitive. she keeps things simple and manageable. She goes at my pace. I really appreciate Tracy!
This is my second counselor and feel more open. And able to speak freely. Tracy is great and today gets me eve. When I don't fully get myself
It’s still a bit early to tell but so far so good. Tracy has sent me some really good reading material and worksheets. And our first meeting went well. The texting will be new for me but one reason I really like the text meeting is cause I feel like I have more time to answer questions without the time pressure when talking to someone live.
Is a great listener is very helpful gives good advice is very understanding provides helpful ways you may use to get through your struggles
I sure appreciate Tracy's help over the past few weeks! It has been very good to get so much off of my chest, and I feel like I really am getting somewhere!
Tracy has been very friendly and helpful. I’ve had some issues with getting what I’d like out of counseling and therefore quitting it. But Tracy has provided helpful resources and conversations that have kept me engaged and motivated. She offers a large variety of tools for different situations and I’m very grateful for her help.
