Tressey is the absolute best! I look forward to every session. She challenges me, supports me, and has been an vital component in my vast improvement. When I first came to her, I barely recognized myself, now, I see me and I’m way better than the previous version of me, even that version I was aspiring to get back to months ago. I am extremely grateful for Tressey.

Tressey Adams is a wonderful therapist and person in general to talk to! As a therapist, she listens very carefully to you and even seems to understand when I ramble incohesively. The questions she’ll ask challenge you to think of your situation and put things into perspective, and her advice always gives me comfort whenever I go to try it. As a person, her naturally bubbly and friendly personality such an easy person to talk to :) 11/10, would highly recommend.
