About me

I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in Wisconsin with 6 years of professional work experience. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults that have dealt with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, anger management, ADHD, self-esteem, confidence, phase of life difficulties, substance use challenges, relationship issues, and parenting problems. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma, or sexual and emotional abuse.

My style is warm and interactive, but also direct to help clients get to the root of the issue or problem and start making positive changes. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach to therapy combines person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, rational emotive behavioral therapy, and motivational Interviewing techniques. However, I will tailor your therapy session and treatment plan to meet your specific needs.
It takes courage to make changes so you can have a happier and more fulfilling life. When you are ready to take that step, I am here to support you and foster your growth.
I look forward to meeting and working with you!

Great listener who seems to truly care about helping patients work through their problems.

Trevor makes it very easy to talk about your problems, he’s flexible and understanding. He likes to do video calls but gets not everyone would like to talk face to face right off the bat. He is relatable and helps you understand why you feel certain ways or how you can address your issues
