Whether you are negotiating life losses, feelings of anxiety and depression or adjustment to life challenges, I see my role as compassionate listener and guide.
I specialize in treating couples and families as well as individuals struggling with mood disorders, transitions, anxiety, trauma, stress, low self esteem, anger management,substance abuse, ADHD, grief and bereavement. I am also certified as a "Prepare and Enrich" facilitator for marriage and family counseling.
I am a licensed clinical counselor, with certifications in chemical dependency, and trauma focused CBT. I am eclectic in my approach and tailor counseling to each individuals needs The practice I work with also offers psychiatric and psychological services to provide a collaborative approach for treatment.
