About me

I believe you hold the key to your own success. I am merely here to assist. With an open mind, we can find creative methods of healing and overcoming obstacles. As both a counselor and art therapist, I am trained in multiple methods for treatment and we will find what works best for you. I am an eclectic art therapist and counselor and do not stick to one school of thought. Each person's individual story is an important part of the path to healing. I like to look at what each person is going through to see where the needs are and then create a plan of action. I am often told I am very approachable and that people instantly feel comfortable when they meet me. With over 13 years of experience, you can count on me to hear you and help you reach your goals.

Tricia is hands down the BEST therapist I have ever had… and I’ve had my share. She is so real and doesn’t pull any punches. This is the most progress I’ve ever experienced in therapy & the most connected and understood I’ve ever felt. She truly is like a best friend but BETTER. I genuinely look forward to each session and always end it feeling so much better, every single time. I appreciate and respect her so much!
