Welcome!
My name is Tuquester Carlisle. I am a licensed therapist in the state of Georgia. I want to first thank you for taking some time to learn more about me. I have been assisting others for over 10 years. While my counseling approaches are solution-focused and person-centered, I often combine different therapeutic approaches based on the needs of my clients. I have experience working with children as young as 5 as well as adults. I provide individual, couple and family counseling.
As we go through life, we all face challenges that can sometimes be difficult to cope with. While we may find that in most cases we can deal with those challenges, we may determine that sometimes assistance is needed. If you are dealing with challenges in your life and you are not sure where to turn, please know that I am here to help.
Helping others is not simply an occupation for me. It is a part of who I am, in that it allows me to facilitate the path to a better well-being. I firmly believe that every individual has the ability to develop healthier and more satisfying experiences in their lives. I work very hard to provide an authentic, accepting and non-judging environment for everyone. My goal will be to help you to develop resources, identify and meet the challenges you are facing with strength and support. I am well skilled in working with individuals of all ages, as well as couples and families. My areas of expertise include trauma, loss and grief, depression, anxiety, divorce, work-related stress, PTSD and much more.
Together, through empowerment, we will find the balance you are searching for. I look forward to working with you!

Tuquester is the best! We have been working together for 3 years now, and I truly feel heard, valued, and understood. I don't know what I'd do without our weekly calls, and I appreciate all she has done for me!

She is wonderful! She is very honest with you, and though it comes of blunt, it fits my personality perfectly. If I am struggling to make time for a session she still checks up on me constantly!

Dr. Carlisle is wonderful. She really meets me where I'm at. She 'listens' or reads my messages and is comfortable enough to tell me how it is and what I need to hear, even if it's difficult or a hard truth to face. She's helped me make great progress and I really enjoy my sessions.
