About me

My name is Tyson Miller and I have years of experience and training in mental health for adolescents and adults. Stress and anxiety are common issues facing many people today as they discover their place in a complex world. I have over 10 years of experience providing psychotherapy to address anxiety, depression, abuse, grief, trauma, addiction, and many other issues affecting individuals and families. My approach is to meet each client where they are and provide treatment around their needs and goals. I am trained in many therapeutic styles and provide the services necessary for each individual; these therapeutic specialties include EMDR, CBT, DBT and other treatment modalities. Scheduling to meet with a therapist is one of the most courageous steps someone can take in life. I would be happy to work with you as you take steps toward healing and change.

Tyson's energy is very comfortable and compassionate. He focuses on what I need and want to talk about rather than his own agenda, but also guides my thoughts to a helpful place. His EMDR techniques have already been incredibly useful and he's clearly knowledgeable about helping people heal.
