I am licensed in Texas with 7 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & depression. I have worked with adults in IOP by providing both individual and group therapy. I also have experience working with coping with life changes such as job loss, relationships, and additions to the family. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
