About me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas. I graduated from The University of Texas at San Antonio. I have worked with different populations and currently work with geriatric population. My experience with this population has helped me gain skills to guide clients find coping skills that help deal with depression, anxiety, Bipolar diagnosis, Schizophrenia diagnosis, trauma, substance abuse, and grief.

My approach is eclectic, I use different therapy approach such as CBT, Solution Focus, Motivational Interviewing and other approaches that combined help in assisting my clients' well being.
