I have been working in the Behavioral Health field since 1999 and use an integrated approach to help clients improve the quality of their lives. An integrated approach is used due to my belief that each person has their own unique journey for healing and; therefore, their own way of creating change. I am committed to helping you help yourself towards recovery! My approach is straight forward and goal driven because in my clinical experience, people are tired of games.
As previously mentioned, I have provided generalized and specialized treatment to individuals of all ages and difficulties for almost 20 years. I have used individual and group therapy (based on the needs of my clients) to help them reach their goals. I have a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Texas at Tyler (1996) in Criminal Justice and a Master of Science Degree from the University of Texas at Tyler (2006) in Clinical Psychology. I serve on many state and local behavioral health advisory groups for my expertise and experience in the mental health system. I am a passionate mental health advocate and excited about the opportunity to increase access to mental health care via tele-counseling.
