I am credentialed in the United Kingdom. I am an experienced counsellor with a wide area of expertise. I am a registrant with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
During my 25 years’ of experience I have counselling interaction with young people and adults in an educational, therapeutic and volunteer setting which has given me the opportunity to make an impact using various therapeutic approaches. I deliver client centred and holistic support to facilitate young people and adults to reach their full potential.
I have extensive experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, coping with grief, loss, parenting issues, anger management, I also have experience working with clients coping with life changes. I work with couples to repair trust, improve communication, and strengthen their emotional bond.
