Hi, my name is Vallon Jackson and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas. Thank you for taking the time out to read about me. I have experience working with families, individuals and groups on issues such as anger, stress, depression, anxiety, self esteem. I have experience with adolescents and adults and I work with clients to help them start to build or rebuild the life they want for themselves. I help them work through trauma so they can heal and move forward in their life journey. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral techniques which focuses on changing how we think in a way that changes our emotions and behaviors. I use different modalities in order to cater to the needs of my client. Seeking counseling is a major step in a person's life and I am here to walk through this journey with you. For those looking for Christian counseling, I have experience with working in a Christian Counseling Center and can integrate faith in the process of healing.
