I am licensed in California and have 16 years of combined experience working with youth and adults of all ages on various mental health issues. I have worked with diverse populations in special education, clinical settings, and private practice, helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence.
My counseling style is non-judgmental and open-minded, with a focus on the person and their strengths. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and humanistic approaches. My goal is to help you achieve emotional independence, and I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.
