About Me

Welcome to Social Dynamics; Counselling for Confidence and Esteem.

My name is Vaughan and since 2015 I have helped countless individuals increase confidence and self-esteem by, releasing trauma, reducing the symptoms of anxiety and depression, developing a better understanding of social dynamics and learning to be more present.

Perhaps you are facing challenging life events, work stress or relationship ending, feeling anxious, depressed or struggling with low self-esteem. You may feel held back from accessing the life you want, 'stuck' with an unhelpful way of thinking or limiting beliefs and behaviours that keep you from reaching your goals. Life is too short to be unhappy, unsure and unfulfilled. Let me help you gain a new perspective and learn effective techniques to handle the obstacles that are standing in the way of your success.

Vaughan understands me very well. Seeing that we came from a similar back ground. I can’t wait to speak with him next. I’ve never done therapy before, so just being able to speak with someone that’s has similar issues, means a lot.
