I’ve been speaking with Veronica for a while now and my favorite thing about her is the genuine care on my behalf. It’s refreshing and reassuring knowing that she’s on your side.

A very compassionate therapist that listens to your concerns and makes you feel seen. She is also good at keeping the appointments on task and starting where we left off on past appointments.

All is satisfactory and I have received help and good advice from Veronica Melton. Sometimes her availability in a given week is limited, however, and occasionally I've had to request billing credit as a result.

Veronica is an angel. I felt immediately comfortable speaking to her and she went above and beyond to work sessions around my schedule and my availability. She has a good combination of listening but also giving advice.

Veronica is one of the most genuine people I’ve ever met! She is a phenomenal listener and is extremely insightful when giving feedback. She has a way about her that just makes it so easy to talk to it feels as if you’re talking to a really amazing friend who just happens to have a background in psychology and counseling. In the short time I’ve been working with Veronica I already feel like I have so much more support and have been able to release a lot of the things that have been rattling around inside for so long. She truly is helping me and I can tell her approach to therapy is one that is catered to the person she’s working with in the moment. I’m so glad I was paired with her by BetterHelp because I believe she is exactly the person I need to be making the progress I am that’s enabling me to maintain a positive mindset through some very difficult times.
