About Me

Hi, my name is Vicki and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania. It takes courage to seek therapy and difficult to find a therapist you connect with. I believe in creating a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship. I have over 20 years of counseling experience and it is an honor to have people put their trust in me.

As a counselor, I employ cognitive behavioral therapy, cognitive restructuring/reframing, and help you identify and address coping styles that are no longer effective for you, however, I tailor therapy to your needs. Together we will examine your core beliefs, dysfunctional assumptions, and your negative automatic thoughts,. We will work on replacing them. Although I am the counselor, our relationship is collaborative and we will work together to effectively define problems, set goals, and develop skills to manage these problems. I want to assure you that I am here to listen to you.

Vicki is an incredible person. I can’t thank her enough for getting me to become a balanced person again and truly identifying what the root cause of my stress was.

I feel like my old self and know who I truly am. Thank you so much!

Vicki has been incredibly helpful during a difficult time. She is caring and compassionate. The additional resources she has provided (mindfulness activities, etc) are also very helpful. She is professional I her approach and very understanding and respectful. I would highly recommend her.

Vicki is the best therapist I've ever had. She listens to me so well, takes notes and will revisit things that I've mentioned even weeks ago! She made me feel heard and truly understands what I'm going through. She also gives great tactical advice and asks the perfect questions to help me understand what I am really feeling. I came to Vicki with a problem about my self-esteem and making decisions for myself and Vicki has really helped so much. Cannot say enough nice things about her.

Vicki is really helping me work though my lifelong issues and anxiety. In just these past few weeks I can feel that I’m starting to make a little progress, and for the first time feel hopeful that things can get better and that I can make the changes I need to to live a better life.
