About me

I received my Masters degree in Marriage & Family Therapy and Mental Health Counseling from Harding University, in Searcy, AR. I am on the cusp of completing my doctoral in Professional Counseling, pending dissertation. I love helping people and that is my passion. I have specialized training in couples therapy and love to help with affair recovery, communication issues, reconnecting to your partner among other relationship issues. I also love to help individuals specifically focusing on mood disorders, self esteem issues, sexual abuse, PTSD, among other individual issues. Not all counselors are a good fit for everyone and if I am not a good fit for you, I will be the first to refer you to someone else. We don't take it personal, trust me, we honestly care about you and just want you to get the help you deserve and to live the life you deserve.

Are you struggling in your marriage or relationship. Are you thinking about getting married and need some guidance to have the marriage you always dreamed about? Has your spouse or significant other cheated? Are you feeling down and you just don't know why? Have you experienced a trauma such as abuse, rape, natural disasters or car wrecks? Your goals for your life are important to me and getting to where you want to be in life is something we all deserve. Life is hard sometimes, the unexpected happens, but how you overcome these obstacles is what should define you, not the hurt. Specialized therapy for marriage, relational issues as well as pre-marital and anxiety disorders, PTSD, depression, LBQT issues, trauma, trauma therapy, behavioral conflict, step-family issues, blended family issues, anger management, addiction, and grief issues.

Even though we cannot guarantee favorable outcomes, I am highly confident in the services I provide. I work for you to get FIRED! If I get FIRED....it means that I have done a good job, we have completed YOUR goals for you to be successful at your life....and you don't need me as a guide anymore!
