About me

Hello! My name is "V" and I am licensed in Georgia with 12 years of professional clinical experience. My experience includes helping clients with career coaching, family planning and parenting, family conflict, trauma and abuse, anger management, motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I also understand that adapting to changes can be difficult. However, our environment seems to change frequently these days, making it hard to keep up. Talk therapy, positive coping skills, practice, exercise and journaling can help you to get those pressing things off your chest so that you can work on acceptance and moving forward. I believe that you are the expert of your story and you alone have the power to change your story effectively. There is no need for you to be defined by your past. We will focus on the many strengths you already have that will assist you in overcoming challenges. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life. Today you have taken the first steps towards a positive change and you should feel proud. I am here to support & empower you in that journey. I hope to meet you soon!

Ms. Victoria degrees don’t explain how amazing she is as a therapist. On a professional level she is absolutely amazing! But on a related level this lady is Divine! God places certain people in your life for a seasonal blessing but when God puts Ms. Victoria in your life…. It’s a lifetime blessing. I choose her as a counselor cause how real she is. I have too many people in my life being yes mans. And that is not her, cause she will listen to you, then tell you if you are wrong while giving you helpful advice.

In my short time with V, I have found her extremely helpful and has the patience to listen to my issues before offering guidance. I am only getting started but I would highly recommend her to my friends and family.

V is great! She is very easy to talk to and quickly understands what it is that I can and should work on even given only a 40 minute session. My weeks have become better even just talking to her once a week. She is always available via message as well!

V is amazing. I feel so comfortable talking with her. She makes each session a conversation. She also provides personal experience she works through that is similar to mine, which is very comforting. Having a black woman with a similar family structure as mine made it so easy to discuss topics that many don't understand.

Since day one, Ms. V has been a great voice to talk with. She supports me, gets me thinking, and encourages me. I am thankful for this avenue and her guidance.

She is such a good listener, very empathetic, and makes sure to ask relevant questions like your cultural and childhood background in order to help her better understand your perspective/experiences and inform her responses to you. I appreciate that she checks me when I have irrational thoughts and is able to present another perspective. I also appreciate the worksheets she gives as "homework" during the week that equip you with good coping skills. Her "vibe" is very comforting and motherly.
