About me

I believe the challenges we have been through help us along the path of who we can become. We each have the power and ability to make the necessary changes to feel better or to be better. I will be there to help provide you the tools and support to navigate those ups and downs, regardless of the things that may feel out of control.
I am a Certified TFCBT therapist on the National registry. I have many years of experience working with children-adults who have experienced sexual abuse, physical abuse, grief, emotional abuse, anxiety, and depression. I can help you navigate those intense feelings and help get you to a place of healing.
If you are tired of feeling anxious, depressed or just confused with all the intensities of life, reach out and let's discuss you.
My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, TFCBT, person-centered and solution focused counseling. I will tailor a treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

It takes courage to seek for a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you.

I look forward to working with you!

Since the first day she has made me feel comfortable. I am able to talk to her about everything and know she can help me through it. She has understood every concern and giving me faith that I am capable of conquering my anxiety.
