I aim to provide a safe environment to explore your story, identify your strengths and promote growth and healing. My style is genuineness, joy, and collaboration.
My approach combines narrative and solution focused therapies. I believe our stories are powerful and can illuminate skills to create space and minimize the effects of problems in our lives. Once this is established we can collaborate on realistic and attainable goals to bring about healing and change.
