About me

Hi, I am Virginia “Ginnie” Milano, PsyD. I am a licensed Massachusetts Clinical Psychologist with 25 years of experience working with children, teens, families, and adults. I received both my Masters degree and my PsyD from the Californian School of Professional Psychology. In 1994 I obtained my Maters and in 1996, I received my doctorate degree. My experience spans work with several populations in many different settings. In working with clients, I use therapeutic approaches to match client needs. Some of these include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Therapy, trauma sensitive support, Solution Focused Therapy, Client Centered Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. In my practice, I enjoy building relationships with my clients to create a supportive, welcoming, and collaborative experience to best encourage therapeutic growth and resilience. I believe therapy is a process that is most successful when the client and the therapist work together for a shared positive outcome. I look forward to the opportunity to work along side my clients in their therapeutic journey.
