About me

We all inevitably encounter life stressors and challenges that leave us feeling stuck, anxious, ashamed and depressed. The process of therapy allows us to slow down, explore our difficult feelings and gain awareness into how we may or may not be serving ourselves. It is a process that facilities growth and empowerment, as well as a space where we can celebrate and honor the wonderful things in our lives.

I believe that you know yourself best. As a Gestalt therapist, my approach is warm and relational. I incorporate mindfulness, experiential exercises and humor to address each client’s individual goals. My role as a therapist is to help you integrate all parts of yourself, including those that have been disowned, so that you can become more whole. My goal is to help cultivate a safe space to explore whatever brings you to therapy.

Our work in therapy will help develop a self-awareness that will enable you to see your difficulties more clearly, experiment with finding new ways to cope, be less stuck and become more empowered to make authentic life choices.
