I am a Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in the state of Connecticut. I have experience working with children, teens, young adults, and adults. I believe that mental and emotional wellness are such vital elements of our lives, and I highly honor this work. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, family conflicts, life transitions, couples therapy, and self-love/health work. I believe that each client has the power within them to overcome the struggles in their lives, and I am here to partner with them in seeing them become the best version of themselves. I follow the client's pace and orient myself around the approach that best suits the clients goals.
