I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia with over six years of providing counseling services to individuals and families. I have over fifteen years of expertise in assessment, interventions, and consultation services for children in schools. I have provided support for families impacted by learning disabilities, developmental delays, ADHD, and Autism Spectrum Disorders by providing coaching sessions and consultation.
I have had the honor of working with individuals and families dealing with life stressors, relationship issues, trauma, and depression/mood disorders. My counseling approach is to develop a trusting collaborative partnership with clients so they feel confident in the learning process as new skills and ways of coping are learned to reach max potential.I engage clients in a positive and confidential one-on-one counseling session where new coping skills and strategies are explored to develop new behaviors. I utilize therapeutic interventions combined from Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Client-Centered Therapy
