"If you treat an illness, you win or you lose. If you treat a person, you WIN every time". This line from the movie "Patch Adams" describes my approach to counseling. My focus in on treating the Individual, not just the challenges they present with. Being a Social Worker and clinician isn't just my career, it's my calling

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Wayne Marrs. We don’t pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
Wayne is amazing! He is kind, patient, and offers great advice. I'm very thankful!
Great listener and helpful in putting life in perspective.
Wayne works very hard to understand my issues, and offers thoughtful guidance. His military experience gives him a very clear sense of how to achieve a goal. And a hellva' nice guy to boot!
Wayne asked me a pointed question about a specific date. He made me focus for a minute and I realized what was so traumatizing about it. Since then I’ve been better at managing my emotions around it. Wayne is amazing and responsive. I like having the ability to text him and know that I will receive a response. There is comfort in knowing that. Our virtual sessions help me, too. Thank you for your service and for providing support in this format.
A very skilled, smart, attentive and supportive professional. Always check on me which I appreciate so much.
Very direct and insightful. I appreciate his thoughtfulness and candor.
Definately helping alot!
Wayne has been a pleasure to work with!
He is incredible and has in just two sessions helped me as a person immensely. Cannot recommend him enough!
Wayne is a great listener and offers some solid advice.
Wayne was excellent helping me deal a trauma I experienced and helping me put it in perspective and move past it. He is a great listener, quickly seemed to figure out how he could help me, and I felt he genuinely cared about me even though we've only spoke twice.
Mr. Marrs was professional and easy to talk with. Lucky to have an app like better health.
After only one session with Wayne, I felt a complete connection and understanding. I really appreciated how he made the most of our limited time, asked appropriate questions showing that he was actually listening, and offered genuine understanding and empathy. I would highly recommend!!
Wayne is absolutely wonderful. Extremely understanding and patient. The best therapist I've worked with to date. He takes the time to listen and genuinely cares.
Wayne has been a real game changer for me. I was looking for a way to improve as a person, father and husband. This far Wayne has given me real tools to achieve those goals. I highly recommend Wayne. He’s thoughtful, attentive and a great resource to bounce ideas off of. I appreciate him very much.
Wayne is very nice and trying to help me with my issues. I’m struggling and he’s trying to get me through rough times.
