About me

Hi there, welcome to my page. My name is Wendy Cummins I'm an experienced, qualified Psychodynamic counsellor. I like to work with you in a warm, supportive and empathic space, with no judgement, I'm here to listen. I offer you time and 'a safe space' to explore what's making you struggle or feel stuck. I find working weekly through scheduling regular 45 minute video sessions is the best way to create the therapy relationship. Working together we can explore the emotions and behaviours which are playing on your mind. The emotional patterns are often things you believe about yourself and repeated over time become how you relate to the world. It's good to talk things through and encourage small changes to a healthier, happier, you. Taking this first step to sign up for therapy can take courage! I am proud of you for taking this step in getting started and I'm here to listen when you are ready!
