About me
Over the past decade, Dr. Marty Martin has served as a guide working with clients confronting career, entrepreneurship, and money/financial challenges. He brings a unique perspective to his work with his clients. He earned his PsyD from Rutgers University and later a MS in Personal Financial Planning. Beyond his educational credentials, he has served in senior HR roles at organizations such as The Johns Hopkins Hospital. The other unique aspect to his work is that he believes in bringing cutting edge, evidence based solutions to his clients.
Dr. Martin's work has been featured by many news outlets from USA Today to the Financial Times. Since the COVID19 pandemic, he has been working with employees at all levels and entrepreneurs who are trying to navigate these tumultuous times characterized by Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity (VUCA). His approach to therapy is a combination of cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), logotherapy, and mindfulness. Logotherapy is a type of therapy focusing upon designing and experiencing meaningfulness in your career, your business, your relationships, and your life.
