Yolanda listens intently and is quick to pick up on the things unsaid. She asks direct questions, challenges you to reflect on your behaviors and thought patterns - how these may support or harm.
She does this with no judgement and this is important- as it creates a safe environment to share.

I've been to therapy most of my life and even though my problems may not be as big as many out there, she still helps me get through them without judgement and I can honestly say it's just nice to see her every week specially when she smiles, because it always feels like i'm doing something right. Thanks to her I feel like I can properly express myself again after so long of not being able to go to therapy she makes me look forward to seeing more of her. I honestly feel like if someone needs to give you some sense of reality it's her because that's really all I need sometimes. Nothing is ever easy and she quickly reminds why that's what true and also ok.
