Just in two phone sessions with Yolanda, I’ve felt like I’ve made more progress than I have with any other therapist I’ve spoken to in the past. She has provided me with great exercises and worksheets to help me practice more mindfulness throughout my day and help me manage my anxiety. She has not only listened and thoroughly engaged in my conversation but has offered wonderful advice that is really helping me. I look forward to having more sessions with Yolanda.
I feel positive about working with Yolanda. Compared to other therapists I've encountered, she seems to be genuine and wants to help. I didn't get any "cookie cutter" responses and she seemed to listen even though I felt I wasn't making any sense. She made an effort to better understand what I was trying to express. I am looking forward to working with her.
Yolanda is a very warm presence and offers a great deal of insight. It's clear she genuinely cares for her patients. I look forward to my sessions with her and always come away with something to think about for my life.
