Yolanda is a wonderful listener and offers honest feedback and encouragement. I’m someone who needs my professionals to be direct and straightforward with me, but also isn’t afraid to laugh with me when needed; and Yolanda checks all those boxes. I feel very fortunate to have found such a good fit for my personality.

Yolanda listens intently and is quick to pick up on the things unsaid. She asks direct questions, challenges you to reflect on your behaviors and thought patterns - how these may support or harm.
She does this with no judgement and this is important- as it creates a safe environment to share.
