Greetings and salutations!
My name is Yuberilys Mieses-Diaz. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida. I have been working in the mental health field for the past nine years. I have been providing therapeutic services to individuals and families with different backgrounds who are struggling with life challenges including but not limited to marital conflict, divorce, stress, grieving and loss, parenting issues, symptoms of depression, anxiety, and substance abuse. I work with families, children, adolescents, and adults. My therapeutic approach is person centered and humanistic, in which my clients are seen as the expert in their lives, while I assist and guide them through inner knowing, interpersonal changes, and healing. My goal is to assist people in working towards fulfilling their full potential, healing, and regaining a new perspective on life.
