I have returned to Yvette for a second time for therapy and wouldn’t have went to anyone else. Yvette is super helpful, a great listener and I always feel more clear headed after our sessions. She is very understanding and there isn’t anything I couldn’t talk to her about!

At the beginning, I was a tough cookie to break, I had a hard time figuring out the primary source of my issues and Yvette helped me get there, even selfless recommending other sources to help my case. I stuck with her, however, because I felt comfortable and confident and she showed to be open-minded and willing to work with me herself and offered tools I could use on my own. So far it has been a great experience for me. Thank you so much, Yvette, for your patience, support, respect for my limitations, time and flexibility due to timezone displacement. Amazing!

Yvette has been incredible. I started speaking with Yvette after struggling with anxiety and really low mood while on the job search. In that time I was also struggling to find purpose and my identity. Yvette is calm, positive, warm and empathetic. She has helped me to rationalise a lot of my thoughts. Encouraged me in areas that I've seen improvement and provided wonderful strategies to help me manage anxiety through my week. She regularly checks in and checks on messages and keeps in touch which I found really helpful!

I’ve been counselling with Yvette for about a month now. I’m very thankful for her as she’s shown to be very supportive, relative, and a great listener. She seems to know exactly what I’m saying, and it feels great to be seen, heard and understood through through this medium of online therapy.
