Yvette Dehn, LCPC
About me
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Maryland, bringing over 15 years of experience to my practice. My most extensive experience lies in managing depression, stress, and anxiety, enhancing motivation, self-esteem and confidence, and assisting clients in coping with significant life changes.
In addition, I have also spent significant time addressing relationship issues, resolving family conflicts, and offering guidance on parenting concerns. Each individual carries their own unique wisdom and strength, and I see you as the author of your life story, equipped to navigate through your personal challenges.
My therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with mindfulness, gratitude, and the principles of meaning-making. While my practice is rooted in Christian principles, I respect and honor the diversity of beliefs and perspectives, and aim to cultivate a space of acceptance and personal growth. Our goal isn't to dictate a path, but to empower you on your journey towards a happier, more fulfilling life.

I had my first visit with Yvette and I enjoyed the experience. I did. It really know what to expect as this was my first time using this application. We are still learning each other but I felt that her combination of faith based/spiritual/ traditional counseling approach is exactly what I was looking for. Looking forward to future sessions and taking advantage of the classes and opportunities that the site offers .
