I have found Yvette Nolting to be compassionate and understanding. She has given me information and tools to help me learn how to start to love myself and to give myself permission to have boundaries. Her kind and calming approach allows for honest and safe repoire. I would highly recommend her if you are looking for a way to respect and remember the past but still be able to be kind to yourself and to live in the present fully and successfully. She is a gift to her profession.
