My name is Zach and I am a licensed therapist in Illinois with 6 years post grad experience. In total, I have over a decade of mental health experience which includes working in 3 different states and every age of population. Outside of work I like to spend my time hiking, camping, or learning a new hobby. During the winter months you can find me binging a show, reading a book, or playing video games.
I am a therapist who believes healing and learning does not need to be stiff or so formal.
