About Me

Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 6 years of experience in varying fields. I specialize in individuals recovering from substances, traumatic experiences, as well as supporting people with have been diagnosed with life limiting diseases and supporting their families through their grief. Through my experiences, I have worked with clients who have also experienced anxiety, depression, relationship issues, childhood trauma, family discord and relationship issues between couples.

My counseling style is very warm and interactive. I believe that everyone deserves respect, sensitivity and compassion. My motto is that I am a "heart with ears." It is always my honor be the person that people can go to when they are feeling overwhelmed and need additional support. I tailor my approach to meet the individualized needs of my client, as how everyone processes their emotions and address them is completely different. I utilize various effective treatment models, such as cognitive-behavioral, existential, solution-focused, client-centered and come from a strengths perspective.

It takes a lot of courage to seek support and it will be my honor to walk aside you in this journey.
