Considerate and experienced, a wonderful listener who understands my priorities, seeks to find solutions and always professional and helpful .

Zara is a good listener, a sensitive person, not inclined to prejudice or judgemental behaviour. She knows how to put herself in one's shoes and, at the same time, preserve that degree of detachment essential to figure out where any disfunction is in play. I highly recommend her.

Zara has helped me identify patterns in my past relationship that were not healthy, which I have found very helpful in trying to move on but also for the future.

While I am new to therapy, Zara has made it very easy for me to get started. She has provided some great insights for me and helped me to look at certain situations in a different way. By the same token Zara has made me feel heard and validated. Fantastic to work with.
