From the moment I first spoke with Zelimna, I could tell I was going to enjoy her as my counselor. She is very personable and professional and asks relevant question. She allows me to discover my own answers and listens without any judgement. I just started with her, but she has helped me tremendously so far.
Zelimna is very compassionate and understanding! It’s only been 2 sessions, but I look forward to hearing her opinion and thoughts about my issues.
This was my first time ever doing therapy so I wasn’t sure what to expect but Zelimna is so patient and kind and has made me feel so comfortable.
I’m loving Better Help and Zelimna!
Love the platform. Zelimna is so nice and compassionate. I am so pleased with our sessions.
My sessions with Zelimna Tavaras have been very helpful. The combination of being strength based and motivational have inspired the strength within myself to be a large part of the solution to my anxiety, helping my focus and concentration. In this crazy time of the pandemic, her counseling opened my eyes to self healing and I am now able to better cope with what I can control and to let go of what I can’t control. I highly recommend her.
Excellent ear with great advice and perspectives!
She had been so supportive and makes me think about things in a different light. I feel so comfortable opening up to her during our sessions
